Issue Seven transition completed.
Everything from Issue Seven should not be changed over to the new format. It's likely that we'll still change some of the art here and there, but the basics are now in place. If anyone finds anything that appears out of whack, please email

SmokeLong Re-Design
We're very pleased that, almost two years into our existence, we're completely revamping the site to make it both more attractive and easier to navigate. We're especially excited to be incorporating even more of Marty D. Ison's beautiful artwork throughout the site. His work is truly something to behold, isn't it? For those of you already getting a sneak peak, welcome! Please take a look around and send us feedback at

With the exception of the Letter From the Editor and interviews, all of the most recent issue should now incorporate the new design. As soon as Issue Seven is completely in the new format and users can navigate from old pages to new, we'll officially launch the new site.

Even after the launch, we'll be very busy going through old pages, issue by issue, to give everyone's previously published work a similar look and feel. It's going to take some time, but we feel that it'll be worth it. We hope you agree.

Thanks for stopping by. And stay tuned. There's more to come. Much more.
